I woke up at 5:30 a.m. and knew I wasn't going back to sleep. I looked at the river behind home and it was as calm as could be, with a nice little mist on the river. I went out in my new kayak for an hour and it was one of the best hours of my life. I saw an osprey in a nest, a deer behind my house, a few ducks and a beaver all before most people got out of bed. What a great way to start a day :-)
